The HENDI 271308 digital kitchen thermometer provides precise temperature measurements using a probe. It measures in both °C and °F. The folding probe is made of stainless steel and can be set to several angles (45°/90°/135°/180°). It measures temperatures in the range of -50 to +300°C, with 0.1°C increments. The HENDI thermometer automatically switches off after 60 minutes. It automatically turns on when the probe is unfolded from its neutral position and turns off when you fold it back. It features a useful minimum/maximum temperature function and a HOLD function, which saves the measured values. The measurement accuracy is +/-1°C when measuring between 0 and 100°C. Batteries are included.
