The Hilook IPC-B4 outdoor IP camera, with its 6MP resolution of 3632×1632 pixels, captures its surroundings with a wide 180° angle, providing a reliable overview of the monitored area. This bullet-style camera uses advanced Smart Hybrid Light technology for effective night vision with a range of up to 30m, and an active strobe light with an audible alarm. The device offers intelligent person and vehicle detection with Motion Detection 2.0, which eliminates false alarms, and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE). In the event of a breach of the designated area, the system can react instantly by activating the active strobe light and an audible warning. The user receives notifications on their mobile phone or email, allowing for an immediate response to the situation.

Detailed Image with an Ultra-Wide Shot
At the heart of the optical system is a 1/2.5" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, which operates at a resolution of 3632×1632 pixels at a frame rate of 20 FPS. A fixed lens with a focal length of 2.8mm and an F1.6 aperture provides a horizontal field of view of 180° and a vertical field of view of 77°, which eliminates blind spots. For efficient data stream management, it uses H.265+ and H.265 video compression technology, significantly reducing storage capacity requirements while maintaining high recording quality.
Smart Night Vision
The camera is equipped with Smart Hybrid Light technology, which combines classic infrared illuminators with a white LED light. In normal mode, it operates with an invisible IR illuminator with a wavelength of 850nm, but upon detecting an intruder, it automatically activates the white light to capture colour details. This system works with a range of up to 30m and adjusts the lighting intensity to the current light conditions in the monitored environment.
Two-Way Audio
The camera has a built-in microphone and speaker that provide clear mono sound with an ambient noise suppression function. Users can communicate in real time with people in front of the camera directly through the mobile application. The integrated speaker also serves as a powerful audible alarm, capable of generating an acoustic pressure of 97dB at a distance of 10cm to deter unwanted visitors.
Saving Recordings
Recordings can be saved locally directly on the device thanks to the integrated slot for MicroSD, MicroSDHC, and MicroSDXC memory cards. The camera supports memory cards with a capacity of up to 512GB, which is sufficient for long-term storage of video recordings without the need for immediate deletion. The system also supports sending data to an FTP server, triggering recording based on motion detection, or continuous recording.
Connectivity Options and Application
Network connectivity is provided by a single RJ-45 Ethernet port with a speed of 10/100 Mb/s, which also serves for PoE power according to the IEEE 802.3af standard. The device fully supports ONVIF protocols in profiles S, G, and T, which ensures compatibility with network recorders from other brands. Image management and viewing are enabled by the HiLookVision mobile application or the iVMS-4200 client software for Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems.
