The solution is this compact Black & Decker GKC1820L20 with a 18V battery and a 20cm cutting edge. The saw weighs only 2.3kg, so you do not get tired right away. The cutting chain achieves a speed of 3.1m/s.

The Li-Ion battery lasts for up to 200 cuts of 3.5cm in diameter on one charge. The maximum recommended diameter is up to 16cm, which is the thickness of smaller trees. Fully recharging the battery takes about 5 hours. The battery has a long service life without unwanted discharge.
