The GÜDE GDS 150-15 double-wheel bench grinder is a handy helper for any workshop or garage, which features two wheels for both fine and coarse grinding. The device is suitable for sharpening various tools with a cutting edge (knives, scissors, chisels) and for general grinding of larger metal surfaces. A 350W induction motor ensures quiet and efficient grinding with minimal vibration, allowing the grinder to reach speeds of up to 2980 rpm. The 12.7mm diameter motor shaft is mounted in robust ball bearings, which extends the overall life of the machine. The GDS 150-15 grinder has a lightweight construction set on a robust metal base with anti-slip feet, providing the necessary stability during operation. It also includes practical mounting holes for securely attaching the grinder to a workbench. Two grinding wheels (grit sizes 36 and 60 K) are included in the package.

Convenient and safe workpiece handling
The GDS 150-15 bench grinder features two adjustable tool rests, which serve to safely position or support workpieces during grinding. It also includes adjustable plastic guards that protect the operator from flying sparks while still allowing a clear view of the workpiece during grinding. The machine's stability is ensured by a sturdy metal base with mounting holes, which you can use to easily attach the grinder to a workbench or other surface. On the front of the base, there is a large, dust-proof power switch with a protective cover to prevent fine dust from entering the machine's interior.
GÜDE GDS 150-15 handles both coarse and fine grinding
The GDS 150-15 bench grinder is equipped with two 150mm diameter carborundum wheels of different grit, which lets you alternate between rapid material removal and fine sharpening. The left wheel (36 K grit) has a coarser texture and is used for quickly grinding away larger amounts of material. It is used, for example, to shape material or grind off old paint, rust, etc. The right wheel with a finer grit (60 K) is then suitable for finishing the workpiece and sharpening tools (knives, chisels, scissors). The fine wheel does not create such deep grooves and leaves a cleaner surface finish.
