PATTEX Chemoprene Extreme 800 ml

PATTEX Chemoprene Extreme is specially designed for contact bonding with very high strength. It is ideal for bonding leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard as well as various hard plastic materials. It can also be used for bonding insulation materials in areas exposed to higher temperatures. Resists long-term bending stress. It guarantees high instant strength and is ready for use immediately after mixing. PATTEX Chemoprene Extreme is thus an indispensable tool for every household and workshop.

Use:
The material to be glued must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. When bonding smooth materials such as metal or plastic, the strength of the joint can be increased by additional surface roughening. Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use. Apply in a thin layer with a toothpick, brush or roller on both surfaces. Allow the adhesive layer to air out for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, then attach the glued parts together and press firmly. The strength of the joint depends on the compression force, not on the length of the compression. The final strength is reached after 24 hours. Remove any adhesive residue immediately with a damp cloth. After curing, the material can only be removed mechanically.

Warning:
Not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, softened PVC, PE and PP. Do not use on joints that come into direct contact with food and drinking water.
