The YATO YT-18600 ratchet cutters are for cutting thick aluminium and copper conductors as well as multi-core cables. The ratchet mechanism reduces the force needed to make a cut. The calibrated blades, made from alloy steel, have a hardness of 50 HRC and can handle material with a maximum cutting diameter of 32mm. The ergonomic handle with softened plastic and a return spring makes them easy to use.
