Mumio is a natural mixture of organic and inorganic elements that is soluble in water and is classified as an adaptogen. It contains approximately 20 types of amino acids, B vitamins, provitamin D, valuable organic acids, macroelements (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, potassium) and trace elements (iron, copper, cobalt, manganese, selenium, zinc, molybdenum and others). Mumio is used to support immunity, improve metabolism, regenerate tissue, promote joint health and relieve stress.

Dosage:
Take 5–7 drops after a meal. One bottle lasts for approximately 16 days.
