Active ingredients:
Lemon balm - has a calming effect, relaxes the mind and helps with insomnia, improves mood and has a positive effect on the psyche, Lemon balm is often used specifically to deal with insomnia
Citronella - lemongrass is widely used in cosmetic products due to its fresh scent, improves blood circulation and relieves cramps
Use:
Dump 3/4 of the caps into the prepared bath, which should ideally be 36-38°C. The recommended length of such a bath should not last more than 15 minutes.
