Indonesian coffee will also please those who cannot imagine their cup of coffee without milk or cream, but are worried about whether it will make their drink taste worse. However, this is not a threat, coffee from Indonesia retains its taste even after flavouring. Try also its refreshing variant. How to make iced coffee? Just add a couple of ice cubes or a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your cold coffee to make it even smoother. A great summer drink is ready in minutes. Looking for a gift for your counterpart? With this pack of choice coffee you will surely delight him.

Indonesia
Coffee thrives in Indonesia mainly due to the slightly weathered volcanic surface and the presence of numerous waterways. The first coffee tree arrived in Indonesia thanks to Dutch ships that arrived in the late 17th century. In 1711, local coffee beans were first put on the market in Amsterdam, where they immediately became a sensation. In the past, Indonesia has faced similar difficulties to those of India. Because of the great distance the beans had to travel on a sailing ship, they acquired a special flavour and taste that was typical of this type of coffee. But when the beans began to be imported more quickly, for example by plane, local farmers had to find another way to give the beans their special flavour. The grains are then left to mature for more than a year in special warehouses that simulate a sailing ship's journey.
Freshness is an absolute priority
Coffee is definitely not the kind of thing that would sit on a shelf for weeks and months waiting for someone to finally buy it and ship it. Arabica is imported to the Czech Republic from selected destinations green and in original jute bags, because they put a real emphasis on authenticity. They roast the coffee for as short a time as possible before shipping to ensure you're drinking fresh coffee.
How do you roast Arabica?
They always try to get the most out of green arabica because they know that their customers have refined tastes and want to indulge in quality coffee. For most of the imported arabicas, we have found medium roasting to suppress the acidity characteristic of lighter roasts and, on the contrary, to bring out the typical coffee aroma with hints of nuts, chocolate or caramel. At the same time, this roasting process preserves a certain smoothness and lightness of the coffee, so don't expect any earthy and dense notes that would distract from the gourmet experience.
