Achromatic optics and mount
The telescope is designed as an achromatic refractor, meaning its optical system corrects chromatic aberration and delivers a sharp, true-colour image. All optical elements have an anti-reflective coating, which increases light transmission and improves the contrast of observed objects. The standard 1.25mm focuser diameter lets you add other accessories to the telescope. The AZ2 alt-azimuth mount is attached to an aluminium tripod with adjustable height and enables smooth vertical and horizontal movement of the telescope, making it easier to track targets in the sky.
