Lion Sabatier 793280 Hercules set 2
Lion Sabatier 793280 Hercules set 2
The HERCULES knife set is based on the French cutlery tradition, which dates back to 1812. The Lion Sabatier 793280 Hercules set includes a chef's knife with a 20cm blade and a paring knife with a 9cm blade. Together, they handle most common kitchen tasks, from chopping vegetables and herbs to portioning meat. The 5Cr15MoV steel blades are sufficiently corrosion-resistant and, thanks to a hardness of 58–60 HRC, they stay sharp for a long time. The straight edge provides a precise cut and preserves the natural texture of the ingredients. The knives are forged in the town of Thiers, considered the heart of French cutlery. They are designed for comfortable everyday use. These are not just knives for professional chefs, but reliable companions that anyone who spends time in the kitchen will appreciate.
