IO Sturaforte sodium hydroxide 1 l

The highly effective IO Sturaforte sodium hydroxide waste cleaner cleans waste quickly and efficiently. The sodium hydroxide-based formula easily removes all organic and inert drain clogs. It quickly handles grease, soap, hair or paper residues. It works in depth and is suitable for use in sinks, showers, washbasins and toilets. It does not damage pipes or plastic pipes.

Use:
Press down firmly and unscrew for easy opening. To unclog the drain, pour 500 ml (half the contents) directly into the clogged drain, even if there is standing water in the drain. Leave on for at least 5 minutes. If it is a resistant blockage, leave the product on for 12 hours and then run a large amount of hot water. For regular drain maintenance, pour 250 ml (a quarter of the bottle) every 7 days. This procedure will help to keep the drain clean, prevent clogging and avoid unpleasant odours.

First Aid:
When ingested: Rinse the mouth and induce vomiting immediately. In contact with skin: Immediately remove any contaminated articles of clothing. Rinse the skin with water or take a shower. If inhaled: Move the affected person to fresh air and ensure that they are in a position that facilitates breathing. In case of eye contact: Gently rinse your eyes with water for a few minutes. Remove the contact lenses, if fitted, and continue rinsing. Call the Poison Information Center or a doctor immediately.
