JUKL Herbal Head Shaking Tea is an herbal blend prepared to support normal cardiovascular system function and healthy blood circulation. It contains herbs traditionally used to promote blood circulation and overall refreshment of the body. For comprehensive care, we recommend that you also ensure a sufficient intake of magnesium, calcium and B vitamins and follow a proper drinking regime. In case of persistent problems, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
Active ingredients
- Pomegranate- Promotes relaxation and normal functioning of the circulatory system.
- Pansy - Contributes to the cleansing of the body and the normal functioning of the skin and blood vessels.
- St.John's Wort - Contributes to emotional balance and normal nervous system function.
- Heather- Supports excretion and normal urinary tract function.
- M mistletoe - Traditionally used to support normal heart and blood vessel function.
Ingredients
St. John's Wort, Pansy, St. John's Wort, Heather, Mistletoe.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers):
Pour 2 teaspoons over 250 ml of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Spring (roots, fruits, seeds):
Place 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, leave in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain.
Recommended dosage
Always prepare fresh, it is recommended to drink 2-3 times a day.
