Use:
For inhalation, add 2 to 8 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on the size of the room and the desired intensity of the fragrance. You can also put a few drops on a paper tissue and inhale the scent directly. To prepare a massage oil, mix the essential oil with 50ml of vegetable oil. The recommended concentration is from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops), depending on the desired intensity and individual sensitivity. For an aromatic bath, mix 3 to 6 drops in a carrier base, such as 100ml of milk, a spoonful of honey, or vegetable oil, and then add to a full bath.
