What do you find in tea?
Due to European Commission regulations, we unfortunately cannot present the health benefits of the individual herbs in the mixture in detail. For this purpose, a separate and extensive herbarium has been created, where, if you want to learn more about herbs, the individual components are presented in more detail. Alpine Herbs selected for the mixtures:
- Fennel, which many herbalists recommend both for supporting breathing and optimizing digestion
- Anise contains a large amount of mucus that promotes expectoration
- Rosehip, which is a great source of vitamin C, minerals and rutin
- Blackberry leaves rich in tannins, minerals and vitamins
- Apple pieces giving the whole mixture a slightly sweet fruity taste
- Ergot, which folk medicine recommends for headaches and difficult coughing
- Thyme containing essential oils, tannins, resin, saponins, flavonoids and phenolic acids, thanks to which it has an antiseptic and disinfectant effect
- Thorny needle root is often used as a diuretic for urinary stones.
- Cornflower flower used for inflammatory and purulent diseases
- Kontryhel contains a full spectrum of vitamins, minerals, tannins and phytosterols
- Sage leaf has a very intense and slightly bitter taste
- Marshmallow leaves, which, due to their very high mucilage content, promote expectoration
- Goldenrod contains a large amount of flavonoid glycosides and essential oils, which is why it is used in folk medicine to treat the kidneys and urinary tract.
- Gentian root recommended by folk medicine, especially for flatulence and digestive problems
