Tea Garden Chia Seeds
Who doesn' t know chia seeds, right? These small and seemingly inconspicuous balls have earned a permanent place on the shelf of every healthy food lover over the past few years. In addition to containing many substances with a positive impact on health, they also have absolutely universal uses. Add them to yogurt, homemade pastries, or anywhere you like. You will see that your body will appreciate the extra portion of vitamins and minerals and you will enjoy it a lot.
Ingredients
Chia seeds or Salvia hispanica - oil seeds.
Preparation
They can be added to yogurt, breakfast cereals, or various sweet desserts. You can use them salted, for example, when baking some homemade pastries, and due to their ability to absorb water, they have a slightly sticky consistency after soaking, which is why many vegans use them as a substitute for egg whites. Their taste may be lost a little in food, but a good dose of vitamins and minerals will definitely remain.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
