China White Monkey Tea Garden
loose white Chinese tea, 50 g
China White Monkey Tea Garden
The name China White Monkey is derived from the appearance of its first two white fluffy tips, reminiscent of the fur of a primate. The tea plant growing in a Chinese province will delight you with its delicate flavor with a slightly fruity aroma and honey notes, which you can further enhance by adding a teaspoon of honey. If you like creating Christmas gift packages, don' t forget to add this quality tea with a great taste to them.
Ingredients
White Chinese tea.
Preparation
To prepare 250 ml of infusion, use 6 to 7 grams of tea leaves. If you are going to prepare the infusion in a larger container, don' t be afraid to use double the amount of tips to achieve the intensity of the tea flavor you desire. The ideal water temperature for brewing tea is between 70 and 80°C. At this temperature, the tea leaves get a unique opportunity to show their delicate flavor, which you can enhance by adding lemon juice or a teaspoon of honey after the drink has cooled.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
