Heat pump technology – gentle and efficient drying
The MIELE TWD640WP EU1 LW EcoSpeed tumble dryer uses heat pump technology, which operates at lower temperatures and helps to care for your clothes more gently. This makes drying more economical and also suitable for fabrics that require more delicate handling.
EcoSpeed and EcoDry – faster and consistently efficient
The EcoSpeed function shortens the drying time by up to 20 minutes without compromising energy efficiency. At the same time, EcoDry technology helps to maintain low energy consumption and short programme times throughout the entire lifespan of your MIELE tumble dryer. This is also aided by the maintenance-free heat exchanger, which is protected by a filter and does not need constant cleaning.
DryCare 40 and HygieneDry – more convenience and better hygiene
The DryCare 40 function is suitable for fabrics washed at 40°C, saving you time when sorting laundry before drying. The HygieneDry programme simultaneously helps to eliminate up to 99.99% of bacteria and 99.9% of viruses, providing a higher level of hygiene when caring for clothes and other textiles.
PerfectDry – precise drying without unnecessary over-drying
The PerfectDry function automatically adjusts the drying process according to the water quality to ensure your laundry is dried exactly as it should be. The result is more even and precise drying without unnecessary over-drying, which contributes to better care for your clothes with every use.
Honeycomb drum – gentler care for your clothes
The honeycomb drum is designed to dry textiles more evenly and gently. It helps to reduce creasing and wear and tear on your laundry, so your clothes stay in good condition for longer. The anti-crease function, which regularly fluffs up the laundry after the programme has finished, also adds to the convenience.
FragranceDos – laundry with a fresh scent
The FragranceDos system lets you add a fresh scent to every load in your MIELE TWD640WP EU1 LW EcoSpeed tumble dryer, according to your preferences. It’s a pleasant addition to the drying process itself, helping to give your laundry a feeling of cleanliness and freshness even after it’s taken out of the dryer. A fragrance flacon and a voucher for a second flacon are included in the delivery.
AddLoad and integrated condensate drainage – more convenient to use
The practical AddLoad function makes it easy to add large or small items of laundry even after a programme has started. Convenient operation is also enhanced by the integrated condensate drain, which allows condensed water to be drained via a hose directly into the wastewater system. There is also a delay start of up to 24 hours, a remaining time indicator and LED drum lighting.
Smart integration into your smart home
Enjoy modern convenience by connecting the MIELE TWD640WP EU1 LW EcoSpeed tumble dryer to the Miele app, which lets you control the appliance from anywhere. Get notifications as soon as your laundry is dry, monitor energy consumption, create your own programmes and much more.
