Maltodextrin, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), probiotic complex, potato starch, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), inulin, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Recommended dosage
1–2 capsules daily with food. Wash down with 200ml of liquid.
Microorganisms survive the various conditions in the stomach and intestinal tract. However, they survive better when taken with food, such as porridge made with semi-skimmed milk, rather than with just water or fruit juice.
Lactobacillus strains may survive better when taken alongside carbohydrates. A small amount of fat can also support bacterial survival in the acidic environment of the stomach.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining health. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed container in a dry and dark place at temperatures up to 25°C.
