L-ascorbic acid, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: hypromellose, zinc gluconate, coating agents (stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol, humectant: polyethylene glycol, stabilizer: polydextrose, anti-caking agent: talc, colour: yellow iron oxide), citrus bioflavonoids from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L.) fruit, rugosa rose (Rosa rugosa) fruit extract 4:1, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; cholecalciferol, humectant: tartaric acid.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet daily. Wash down with 200mL of liquid.
