Powerful delivery and overclocking support
The motherboard uses a robust power solution with a twelve-phase digital CPU voltage regulator, supplemented by three additional phases for the memory controller, graphics core, and auxiliary voltage. The combination of 8+4 pin connectors ensures a stable power supply even for more powerful processors. The Memory Extension Mode optimises memory module parameters to achieve lower latency and higher performance, and you can combine it with XMP profiles to reach maximum frequency. A single click in the Click BIOS X environment activates CPU and memory overclocking without complex setup. Overvoltage protection using TVS diodes and solid pins on the power connectors guarantee safe and reliable operation even under heavy loads.
Effective cooling for continuous performance
An extended heatsink covers the power circuits and uses thermal pads with a thermal conductivity of 7W/mK to efficiently dissipate heat from the MOSFET transistors. The M.2 Shield Frozr system protects SSDs from overheating and maintains their maximum performance even during demanding operations. Strategically placed fan connectors, including a dedicated connector for a water cooling pump, enable precise temperature control. The Combo Fan Header automatically detects whether a PWM/DC fan or pump is connected and adjusts the control accordingly. Frozr AI Cooling technology monitors CPU and graphics card temperatures and dynamically adjusts fan speeds for an optimal balance between performance and noise.
Connectivity for demanding users
The rear panel offers a full range of ports: one USB 3.2 Gen 2, three USB 3.2 Gen 1, two USB 2.0, and one Thunderbolt 4 with a transfer speed of up to 40Gb/s for connecting external devices and 8K displays. Network connectivity includes 5Gbps Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 with the EZ Antenna, which simplifies antenna installation without needing to screw it in. AI LAN Manager technology automatically prioritises latency-sensitive applications, ensuring a smooth online gaming experience. DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 outputs are available for display, while an eight-channel audio chip handles the sound.
