FAQ:
- Why use an electric toothbrush?
- Cordless Oral-B are up to 100% more effective in removing plaque than a conventional manual toothbrush. Dentists recommend Oral-B toothbrushes for superior plaque removal. An electric toothbrush helps prevent the formation of tartar, alleviate gum problems and removes surface stains, so the teeth are whiter.
- Is it dangerous to have electrical appliance in the mouth?
- The product developed by experts from Oral-B and Braun are in accordance with European safety standards.
- I clean my teeth with a manual toothbrush. Is electric toothbrush cleaning really effective?
- The hand is actually moving less when using a manual toothbrush, but the movements of the brush head of an electric toothbrush are much faster and more efficient. An additional benefit of an electric toothbrush is the small brush head can easily reach all the corners of the mouth.
- The brush head looks very small! Is cleaning really effective?
- A small brush head is easier to get into the hard to reach areas of the oral cavity. Electric toothbrushes are not expensive either. For example, Triumph 5000 toothbrush with a wireless SmartGuide display gives you feedback on what stage you are at during cleaning, and that you are not pressing the toothbrush too hard. Renowned dentist, Dr. James Russell says that all funds invested now in the care of the oral cavity, will come back later because you save on expensive dental procedures.
- How long does the brush head last?
- The brush head lasts approximately three months and then begins to decrease its effectiveness. Therefore, you should replace the brush head every three months for a new one, as recommended by dentists.
