A great machine and an ideal hybrid. When shooting in 4K (35 min) the camera overplayed and I couldn't work with it, but there is some cooling function (I haven't tried it yet).

I still own the previous generation (Sony A7 III) which was great. But Sony has improved almost everything - the resolution has jumped to 33MB, the viewfinder has been improved (it's bigger and brilliantly bright) and the display is fully rotatable. Focusing is faster and more accurate, as is tracking people or objects that are moving. I have to say it is addictive and after a few days I was unable to understand how I could shoot without it: ). The menu has also undergone significant improvements, which is clearer and more intuitive (which is not usual for Sony). I use Sony G, Sigma and Tamron lenses and they all work without the slightest problem. In summary, the investment is definitely worth it, the improvements are not just cosmetic, but the camera has jumped several levels in usability.

Fast and accurate focusing even in low light conditions
Resolution at a level to enable professional use
Battery capacity - I am usually unable to drain it even when shooting all day
Physical buttons are fully programmable and have excellent response (again, improved over the previous generation)

Relocation of the video recording button, but can be reprogrammed to where it was on the previous generation
The exposure compensation roller imprint is missing, but that's because it can be reprogrammed to another function. In addition, it is now also lockable.
