The Richter Czech DC.EK30/50.NI smart cylinder lock replaces your classic lock and brings modern access management to your home or office. It offers four different unlocking methods – fingerprint, IC card, numeric code, or mobile app. Thanks to its integration with the Tuya smart platform, you have full control over who can enter and when. The lock communicates via Bluetooth and, when paired with a Gateway, also via Wi-Fi. Enhanced resistance to corrosion and breaking, along with IP54 protection, ensures reliable operation.

Flexible access management

The Richter Czech cylinder lock gives you a choice of four authentication methods. The fastest are using your fingerprint, an IC card, or entering a code, with verification taking just 0.3 seconds. Alternatively, you can unlock the door remotely via the Tuya mobile app. The app is the central hub for complete user permission management. Here, you can add and remove users, and assign fingerprints, cards, or codes to them. The lock's memory can hold up to 100 fingerprints, 100 cards, and 100 codes, which is sufficient for family homes and small businesses.

Smart features and remote control

Thanks to its compatibility with the Tuya platform, the lock becomes part of your smart home. In the app, which is available in English for both Android and iOS, you can track a detailed history of all access events. A key feature is the ability to set time windows for entry, allowing you to specify on which days and at what times a given code or card is valid. For remote management, such as unlocking from another city or receiving instant notifications, the lock must be connected to a Wi-Fi network using a separately sold Gateway. Without it, communication works locally via Bluetooth.

Durable design and power

The lock is made of an aluminium alloy and brass with a matte nickel finish, which gives it enhanced resistance to corrosion and breaking. The IP54 rating protects the internal electronics from dust particles and splashing water. This makes the lock suitable for installation on doors exposed to the elements. It is powered by three AAA batteries with a lifespan of approximately one year. If they run out, you can use the emergency power via the USB-C port by connecting a power bank, for example, to unlock the cylinder.

To make full use of remote management via Wi-Fi, you need to purchase a Gateway, which is not included in the package. The cable for emergency power via USB-C is also not included in the package.
