Padlock construction and security
Richter Czech padlocks have a steel body, protected by a layer of powder coating and a plastic cover. Security is enhanced by the hardened shackle with double locking, which resists attempts at cutting or prying. Inside the padlock is a cylinder with five pins. Handling is simplified by the lock function that only requires pushing the shackle into the body, without needing to turn a key.
