The SENCOR SSM 9977CH toaster has a "lock" mechanism to make the perfect sandwich. The hotplates can easily be taken out and are safe to clean in a dishwasher. You can also use this toaster for toasting waffles. There's no need to cut the toasted sandwich once it's finished because the hotplates will split it for you.
