FIBA-approved

FIBA-approved balls conform to the following official standards of the International Basketball Federation:

• size 7 with a circumference of 749-780 mm
• feature a manufacturer's name and serial number
• made of genuine or synthetic leather
• contain no toxic substances or substances that cause allergic reactions
• contain no heavy metals
• bounce at least 1300 mm when falling from a height of 1800 mm onto a hard surface
• show no change of appearance or other properties when in an environment of 70° C for 7 days
• the manufacturer must be FIBA-certified

• 7-es méretűek és a kerületük 749-780 mm
• fel van tüntetve rajtuk a gyártó neve és a sorozatszám
• mű- vagy valódi bőrből készültek
• nem tartalmazhatnak toxikus vagy allergiás reakciókat okozó anyagokat
• nem tartalmaznak nehézfémeket
• legalább 1 300 mm-es visszapattanással kell rendelkezniük, amikor 1 800 mm-es magasból leejtik őket egy kemény felületre
• 7 napig 70 °C-os környezetben nem mutatnak semmilyen változást a megjelenésben és az egyéb tulajdonságokban
• a labdagyártónak FIBA tanúsítvánnyal kell rendelkeznie
