The practical Hannah Covert 3-person tent in an attractive red and black design is perfect for travel, camping and water sports. The frame is made of high-quality duralumin poles, the water column of the outer tent is 4,000mm and the groundsheet is 10,000mm. The tent has 1 bedroom, 2 vestibules and 2 entrances. Two ventilation openings are useful on hot summer days. It is very easy to pitch, with classic pole anchoring and a strap and buckle for tensioning the tent. Water Column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water penetration. It specifies the amount of water the material can hold before it starts to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the tent's resistance. Every tent should have a flysheet with a water column of at least 2,000mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop travelling at 80–90 km/h. To survive a storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000mm is safer. For the groundsheet, a water column of 5,000mm is recommended for general hiking.
