Combine the parts to create a one-hand dumbbell, two-hand dumbbell, kettlebell, parallel grip dumbbell, side grip dumbbell and push-ups. The discs are made of plastic casting and filled with cement. The set includes discs weighing 1.25, 1.5 and 2 kg. Loading one-handed PVC axle ensures effective one-handed strength training. The parts for placing the weights are threaded.
