The MERACH R23 folding rubberwood rowing machine offers improved water resistance and ergonomic design for a comfortable and safe full-body workout. The trainer activates up to 90% of muscles and is suitable for users up to 160 kg and 2 m tall. Improved resistance - 12 blades increase water resistance by 45% , providing a realistic rowing experience. Allows easy resistance adjustment - has an electric water pump to adjust resistance during training. It is compatible with MERACH applications, Kinomap, Zwift, Apple Health, Google Fit, Fanton Fite.
