Use:
Clean the skin and relevant areas. Use a massage cream or gel to moisturize the skin. Squeeze the flask in the centre with your hands (to release the air inside the flask). Place the squeeze bulb in place. Try to prevent air from entering the flask and slowly release the pressure, allowing the skin to lift.
