For more effective Piloxing
Piloxing is a workout that combines the grace of Pilates with the energy of boxing and the rhythm of dance. Merco gloves are designed specifically for this dynamic sport. The 0.25kg weight on each hand provides constant resistance that makes every movement more effective. This means that during punches and dance moves, you engage your arm, shoulder, and back muscles more intensely. The hook and loop fastening ensures that the gloves stay firmly in place even during fast sequences and do not restrict your movement.
