Drop-stitch technology
Drop-stitch is a special manufacturing method used in inflatable products. With this technology, thousands of polyester fibres connect the top and bottom layers of the material. When inflated, it creates a rigid, flat structure, which creates straight walls and a flat base instead of the classic 'balloon' shape.
