Sharp Shape Deck
The Sharp Shape Deck fitness base excels in multifunctional use. You can use it as an aerobic stepper, as well as turn it into a fitness bench. Simply attach the blocks on the underside to increase the height from 20 to 36 cm, allowing for more comfortable sitting and working out. The backrest offers 4 degrees of inclination, so it can be adapted to the specific exercise. The top side has a knurling that prevents slipping of the foot, hand or body. The package also includes a weight training rubber, which is ideal for exercising in the weight bench mode. The Sharp Shape Deck fitness base is suitable for training at home and in the gym.
