SKLZ Speed Chute in the form of a resistance parachute is used to train acceleration and sprint speed. It is a great training aid for all athletes and other sportsmen for whom running speed is crucial. The effectiveness of using a parachute lies in training with resistance and subsequent acceleration. The Ppad simultaneously improves stride length and frequency, which are very important for sprinters. Movement in any direction is made possible by a 360° rotating belt with a freely moving loop. The waistband is adjustable, so it can be easily adapted to the figure. The SKLZ Speed Chute is excellent for sprint training, increasing speed, endurance and strength.
