Spokey Akumat with cushion 66 × 42 cm, blue

The Spokey AKUMAT acupressure massage pad with cushion relieves fatigue and leads to body relaxation. It allows you to safely and independently perform whole body acupuncture at home and has positive health benefits - great for relieving muscle tension, shoulder, back and spine pain. Using an acupuncture pad with a cushion is an effective way to reduce pain in the lumbar, back and neck areas, stimulate circulation, relieve fatigue and induce overall relaxation. The mat has special spike-outs that stimulate the whole body, relieve pressure points and reduce muscle tension. In this way, endorphins are released - hormones of happiness that bring relief and increase well-being. The Spokey AKUMAT acupuncture set is made of cotton with a soft foam insert and densely spaced spikes made of safe plastic (ABS). The coating is removable, allowing easy cleaning of the entire set.

Warning:
Initial contact with the pad may be uncomfortable, but after just a few minutes your muscles will relax and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of acupuncture. The Spokey AKUMAT acupressure cushion is ideal for neck massage or as a lumbar support in any position. Spokey AKU can also be used for acupuncture of the hands or feet.

Hints and tips for use:
Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time you use the mat. For a more intense effect, use the pad on bare skin. However, if you prefer more gentle pressure, use thin clothing. Keep the pad in the enclosed packaging to ensure its durability and protect it from contamination.
