Spokey Half Fit 2in1 Massage Gymnastics Ball, 65 cm, blue

Spokey Half Fit gym ball is perfect for exercising, rehabilitation or as a replacement for an office chair. It features two surface types – one half is smooth, while the other is covered with massage nubs to stimulate blood circulation. The ball is made of non-slip PVC material. With a 65cm diameter and a weight capacity of up to 120kg, it is suitable for various users.

Two surfaces for dual use

The Spokey Half Fit ball combines two different surfaces in one. The half with massage nubs helps relieve muscle tension and promote blood circulation. In contrast, the smooth side of the ball is designed for classic balance, strengthening or stretching exercises.

Safety and stability during exercise

For safe use, the ball features Anti-Burst technology. The Anti-Burst system ensures that if the ball is punctured or damaged, the air escapes slowly and gradually rather than explosively. This minimises the risk of falls and injury. The non-slip PVC material also contributes to overall stability, preventing the ball from slipping on smooth surfaces.

Support for rehabilitation and healthy sitting

The ball is frequently used in rehabilitation. Exercising with it helps strengthen the deep stabilising system, improve balance and promote correct posture. You can use the ball as a chair for sitting at your desk. Active sitting forces the body to engage abdominal and back muscles, supporting correct spinal alignment and helping to relieve back pain.
