Alza Days - Telescopic Trekking Poles - additional info
Nordic walking is a popular sport performed with specially designed walking poles. Walking is a natural and healthy exercise and the walking poles make you exercise more muscle groups than usual. Nordic walking lets you do something for your health without risking any injuries and muscle strain. Get yourself Spokey or Hannah walking poles and discover a new way to work out!
Walking comfort
Grab your walking poles and explore the countryside, the woods, or even a comfy trail in the city. Nordic walking poles have an extended handle that lets you lower your grip when walking uphill. This means you don’t have to adjust the pole length, even if your pole is telescopic and does have that option. The cork grip is pleasant to the touch and prevents your hand from slipping when sweaty. Finally, the reflective elements can be literally life-saving when walking in reduced visibility.
Adjust the pole height
Telescopic walking poles can be adapted to match the terrain. You can find both two-piece and three-piece poles, which can be attached to the backpack after folding. The Spokey walking poles are equipped with Anti-shock feature that lets it absorbs shocks and protect your joints from excessive strain. This is especially useful for elderly people, among whom Nordic walking is exceedingly popular.
