Yuzu is a traditional Korean citrus drink created by combining yuzu fruit and sugar, with a high vitamin C content and a significant amount of antioxidants. Fresh yuzu can contain up to three times more vitamin C than lemon. This fruit, which resembles a large mandarin, has a more intense flavour and aroma than other citrus fruits. Preparation
To prepare one tea or one lemonade, measure 35g of yuzu (approx. 1–2 tablespoons) and pour water over it.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
