Yuzu is a traditional Korean citrus drink created by combining yuzu citrus fruit and sugar, with a high vitamin C content and a significant proportion of antioxidants. Fresh yuzu fruit can contain up to three times more vitamin C than a lemon. This fruit, which resembles a large mandarin, has a more intense taste and aroma than other citrus fruits. It originates from South Korea, where it is processed using a traditional method with over a thousand years of history, which allows it to retain its natural aroma, full flavour, and nutritional properties. It can be used to make both hot and cold drinks, as well as to flavour desserts.

Preparation
To prepare one cup of tea or one glass of lemonade, measure out 35g of yuzu (approx. 1–2 tablespoons) and top up with water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
