For baking, place the container without the lid into any oven, where it resists temperatures up to 240°C. When reheating in the microwave, just leave the lid on and open the steam valve. The lid is fitted with a silicone seal and clips that ensure an airtight closure, protecting food from drying out and losing its aroma.
