Curcumin C3 Complex is an exceptional source of active ingredients for two main reasons. It is standardized to 95% curcuminoids and is also standardized to three different types of curcuminoids. These are curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin, which together form the effective basis of the entire supplement. Turmeric supports normal joint and bone health, normal liver function and liver lipids.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet daily after meals.
