L-Tryptophan, one of the essential amino acids, serves as a precursor to serotonin, melatonin and other neurotransmitters. In this product you get 100% purity in a cellulose capsule.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily. It is recommended to combine with Ashwagandha or magnesium to promote relaxing effects. It is not advisable to combine with melatonin and it is not advisable to take BCAAs at the same time, which reduce the effects of l-tryptophan.
