Vilgain Liposomal Vitamin D3 90 capsules
Vitamin D is not commonly found in the regular diet - therefore it is advisable to supplement it, especially in the winter months . One capsule gives you 2000 IU (50 µg) of vitamin D3, which is equivalent to 2.5 times the estimated adequate daily intake in periods without sufficient production from the sun¹.

Vitamin D3 affects more than 200 functions in the human body ². These include, for example, the following:
