Üdvözlöm 24 hónap garancia van rá ? Ha igen hova lehet vissza küldeni? ugyanis kb. 2 hónapja vásároltam és a jobb oldala szól csak nagyon halkan , míg a másik rendesen szól .

A megrendelt és buborékos borítékban némileg rendben meg is érkezett terméken nem található meg a verifikáláshoz szükséges kódot tartalmazó matrica - tehát a termék nem eredeti. Hogy is van ez? Tudtommal Xiaomi terméket vásároltam. Vagy nem? Vagy ez egy másik brand, azonos márkanévvel, stb? Hogyan kaphatok egy echte terméket? Köszönetféle.
