Efficiency Class A −10% – More Economical than the Class A Standard
The BOSCH KGN362I1F Serie 4 fridge achieves energy class A, with its consumption being 10% lower than the limit required for this class. Annual consumption is just 99kWh, so the appliance helps to save energy and household expenses without compromising on cooling performance.

VitaFresh 0°C – The Right Climate for Fresh Food
The spacious VitaFresh 0°C system provides separate storage for different types of food. The drawer for meat and fish maintains a temperature slightly above 0°C, while the extra-large drawer for fruit and vegetables combines a stable low temperature with higher humidity. This allows food to retain its freshness, juiciness, and natural texture for longer.

Perfect Fit – Place the Appliance Anywhere
The Perfect Fit design allows you to place the fridge right up against a wall, next to another appliance, or in a suitable niche. The doors can be opened so that you can pull out all the drawers completely, which makes it easy to store food and clean the interior.

Two Cooling Circuits – Separate Climates Without Mixing Odours
Separate cooling circuits prevent dry air from the freezer from entering the fridge section. This means that fruit and vegetables dry out less and odours from the two compartments do not mix. You can also set the temperature of the fridge and freezer independently, which promotes faster and more stable cooling.

Total No Frost – An End to Defrosting and Water Droplets
Total No Frost technology removes moisture from both the fridge and freezer sections, maintaining a dry climate inside. It prevents the formation of ice on the freezer walls, food, and the back wall of the fridge. This means you don't have to manually defrost the BOSCH KGN362I1F Serie 4 fridge, and the interior is easier to keep clean.

Glossy Back Wall with MultiAirflow – Even Cooling
The glossy back wall, complemented by the MultiAirflow system, promotes an even distribution of cold air throughout the entire space. Temperature and humidity are more stably distributed from the door compartments to the back of the shelves, so food is kept in suitable conditions regardless of where it is stored.

Bottle Rack – Safe and Organised Storage
The chrome-plated rack provides a dedicated space for bottles and cans, which prevents them from moving freely on the shelves. Drinks remain stably stored and at the same time easily accessible without unnecessarily taking up space meant for other food.

LED Lighting – Perfect Overview of Your Food
LED lighting with a gradual brightening effect provides bright and even light throughout the entire cooling space. You can see the stored food well even at the back of the shelves, while the energy-saving diodes don't take up unnecessary space and have a long lifespan.

Super Cooling – Quick Preparation for a New Shop
Before you get back from the shop, you can activate the super cooling function, which temporarily lowers the temperature in the fridge. Freshly added food cools down faster and has less effect on the contents already stored. After a limited time, the appliance automatically returns to the normal setting to avoid wasting energy.

Super Freezing – Protecting Already Frozen Food
Adding a large amount of fresh food can temporarily raise the temperature inside the freezer. The super freezing function therefore quickly increases the freezing power. New food freezes faster and already stored supplies are better protected from partial defrosting. Once the required temperature is reached, operation returns to the normal mode.

Open Door Alarm – A Warning to Prevent Waste
If the fridge door is left ajar, an audible and visual signal will alert you. Early warning reduces the escape of cold air, the increase in consumption, and the risk of food spoilage.

Anti-Fingerprint Coating – A Cleaner Surface for Longer
The stainless steel front surface is treated with a special coating that reduces fingerprints. The BOSCH KGN362I1F Serie 4 fridge thus retains its tidy appearance for longer and requires less frequent polishing with daily use.

MultiAirflow System – Stable Temperature Throughout
The MultiAirflow system continuously circulates cold air between the individual shelves. It minimises temperature differences and helps to reduce the drying out of stored food, so that it retains its flavour, aroma, and freshness for longer.

Is it possible to change the door opening direction on the refrigerator?
Yes, on most models it is possible to change the door opening direction. We recommend consulting the user manual for your specific appliance for instructions or contacting an authorized service center.
Can the refrigerator be transported lying down?
Transporting the refrigerator lying down is not recommended as it can damage the compressor. If it is necessary, let the refrigerator stand upright for at least 24 hours after transport before plugging it in.
The new refrigerator has warm side walls after starting. Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. The condenser, which dissipates heat from the inside of the refrigerator, is integrated into the side walls, causing them to heat up.
The new refrigerator does not have fins (evaporator, condenser) on the back wall from the outside, but some kind of cardboard. Should we remove this cardboard?
No, do not remove this cover. It is often made of a sturdy material resembling cardboard and serves as protection and insulation for the back of the appliance.
The compressor/motor of the new refrigerator turns on very frequently and for a long time. Is that normal?
Yes, with new refrigerators, especially those with an inverter compressor, it is common for them to run longer initially to reach the set temperature. Modern compressors can operate for longer periods at lower power.
There is a plastic tube covered with tape on the compressor of the new refrigerator. Should I remove it?
No, do not remove the plastic wrap, tape, or any other protective elements on components that are not explicitly marked for removal after transport. To be sure, check the installation manual.
There is a large amount of moisture in the vegetable drawer (or under the vegetable drawer) of the refrigerator, or a large amount of water is forming in this area.
Check if the drain hole at the back of the refrigerator is clogged. Increased moisture can also be caused by storing unwashed or unwrapped vegetables.
What is the difference between No Frost and Low Frost?
No Frost technology completely prevents ice buildup in the freezer through air circulation, so it never needs to be defrosted. Low Frost technology significantly reduces ice formation, but occasional manual defrosting is still necessary.
Is it possible to adjust the temperature for the freezer?
Yes, on most combination refrigerators, the freezer temperature can be adjusted independently of the cooling section. The optimal temperature for the freezer is -18°C.
Why does the refrigerator activate the Supercooling and Superfreezing functions on its own?
Some models may activate these functions automatically after the door has been open for an extended period or when a large amount of new food is added, in order to quickly restore the optimal temperature.
Water is dripping down the back wall in the cooling compartment. Is that normal?
Yes, this is part of the automatic defrost cycle. The water runs down into a drain hole and evaporates. Make sure the drain hole is not clogged.
Why does the Alarm beep and flash after connecting the new refrigerator? Is it an error?
This is not an error. The alarm indicates that the internal temperature has not yet reached the set level. Once the refrigerator cools down sufficiently, the alarm will turn off automatically.
The Alarm is flashing on the refrigerator, but the temperature inside the refrigerator has not changed.
The alarm can also indicate other conditions, such as an open door or a power failure. Check the display for a specific error code and consult the manual.
After changing the door opening side, the fruit/vegetable drawers cannot be pulled out.
Check that the door is installed correctly and opens to a sufficient angle. The problem may also be due to improperly seated hinges.
Can oven trays fit in the refrigerator?
Standard baking trays do not fit into most regular refrigerators. Some premium models may have a special compartment or flexible layout that allows for this.
Is it possible to individually turn off the freezer/cooling compartment?
On some models, usually those with two compressors or special features, it is possible to temporarily deactivate one of the compartments. This is not typically possible on standard models.
How long should the appliance be left idle during transport?
After transport, especially if it was not kept upright, it is recommended to let the appliance stand idle for 4–6 hours, ideally up to 24 hours, before plugging it into the power outlet.
Can the shelves and drawers be removed when the door is open at a 90° angle?
On most models, the door must be opened more than 90° to comfortably remove the internal shelves and drawers. You can find precise information in the product's technical specifications.
