Nincs a botmixerhez magyar nyelvű használati és kezelési útmutató. A tartozékok listája követhetetlen, nem lehet tudni, hogy milyen kiegészítők tartoznak a készülékhez. Nagyon hangos és a reszelő-aprító rész 2-3 percig bírta, majd megszorult és 25 napig tartott a cseréje. Magyar nyelvű használati útmutatót nem adtak, mert az nekik sincs és több mint hetven napja próbálják leforditani. A botmixer tengelye kotyog nehezen lehet bepattintani. A kehelyben megszorul a pépes anyag és nem keveri rendesen és melegszik. Több hibát nem tudok, mert 2025. február 17.-én vettem és április 10.-e óta szervizben van a mixer..
