Delivery Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Orders for the listed goods placed between 1 December 2025 and 22 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”) will be delivered before Christmas (to the Alza showroom in Budapest, physical stores, and AlzaBoxes by 12:00 on 24 December 2025, or to partner pick up lockers by 23:59 on 23 December 2025, according to their opening hours.
- You may order the selected product using your chosen delivery method no later than the last day of the campaign, i.e. 22 December 2025 at 23:59, which ensures delivery to the Alza Budapest showroom, stores, AlzaBoxes, or one of the partner pick up machines before Christmas. Products eligible for guaranteed delivery within this campaign are marked with the following symbol:

- The order must be finalised; adding a product to the cart is not enough;
- The purchase price must be paid according to the selected payment method;
- The ordered goods must be collected from Alza’s Budapest physical stores during opening hours or from an AlzaBox, depending on the customer’s earlier choice.
- If the chosen delivery method is carried out by Alza with the involvement of a third party, Alza will hand over the goods to the carrier on time. However, Alza takes no responsibility for timely delivery by any of its contracted partners, and therefore the guarantee provided by Alza in this campaign does not apply to home delivery;
- In cases of force majeure (including exceptional, unforeseeable, unavoidable events such as unpredictable weather or unexpected epidemiological restrictions), Alza is not responsible for delayed delivery, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
The campaign is valid until cancelled, and Alza reserves the right to modify the participation conditions if necessary (e.g. due to unforeseen operational issues) or cancel the campaign entirely.
