Marketing Campaign "Free Shipping with Visa"

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
   1. The company Alza.cz a.s., with the Co. Reg. No. 27082440 and VAT Reg. No. CZ27082440, registered office at Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/23, Postal Code 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") launches a marketing campaign called "FREE SHIPPING with Visa" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") from 00:01 on 16 August 2021 to 23:59 on 29 August 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Time") and hereby establishes the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website https://www.alza.cz/EN/marketing-campaign-free-shipping-with-visa.
   2. Alza draws your attention to the fact that this Campaign is also subject to the terms and conditions for the advertising communication as stated by Alza on the website www.alza.cz/reklama.
2. BASIC CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS
   1. A selected customer from the Czech Republic, a natural person over 18 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "Participant"), a consumer, if he/she fulfils the conditions of the Campaign set out in these rules during the Event Time, may receive free shipping on his/her goods purchased from Alza, specifically if:
      1. He or she purchases and pays for any physical product (i.e. does not apply to licences and/or services or gift vouchers) from the Alza e-shop with a minimum value of CZK 500 (in words: five hundred Czech crowns) incl. VAT and pays for the purchase using the special payment type "Visa card with free shipping". The minimum purchase value does not include the cost of shipping.
   2. The following persons will be excluded from the Campaign:
      1. Those who fail to meet the Campaign conditions set out in these rules;
      2. Customers who use a payment card they are not authorised owners of;
      3. Customers who act in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or commit fraudulent conduct in connection with the Campaign;
      4. Persons who provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
   3. In the event of the exclusion of a Participant, such Participant shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages that may be incurred.
3. OTHER CONDITIONS FOR REDEEMING THE DISCOUNT
   1. Campaign Participants may, subject to the terms and conditions listed herein, receive free shipping for goods purchased on the Alza with all the shipping methods available, except for shipping by Courier and Liftago (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").
   2. The discount will be given to the Participant who has fulfilled the conditions as set out in these Rules and purchases and pays for any physical product marked according to the Campaign terms from the Alza e-shop in the minimum value of CZK 500 (five hundred Czech crowns) incl. VAT. The purchase must be paid for online via the special payment type "Visa card with free shipping," (not applicable to card payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). No discount will be given for the purchase of gift vouchers, licences or services.
   3. The Participant will receive the discount automatically upon fulfilling the Campaign conditions and it will be indicated with a special icon "Visa card with free shipping" directly in the virtual Shopping Cart. The discount does not apply on Courier and Liftago delivery options. The Participant will know whether or not the Discount applies to the Participant's purchase before the order is placed. You can easily check the validity of free shipping on the products you have selected by placing the item in your Shopping Cart.
   4. The discount is valid only for the above-mentioned payment method, so it is not possible to apply it, for example, when paying at a branch or in Alzabox.
   5. Alza expressly states that the Discount cannot be redeemed in cash, even if the purchased goods, for which the Discount was used for delivery, are returned. Alza will not provide any refund to such Participant who returns the goods for the delivery of which the Discount was obtained.
   6. The Participant is not guaranteed to receive the Discount.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
   1. Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors that may arise during the transmission of electronic communication.
   2. Alza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to cancel the Campaign if necessary.
   3. The Participant is not entitled to compensation for the costs associated with participation in the Campaign.
   4. These Campaign terms and conditions come into force on the date of their announcement.
