This oil is distilled from the fruit of the evergreen lower tree of Southeast Asia, the cubeba laurel (Litsea cubeba). The smell of this oil is very familiar. It is distinctive, typically sweet and citrusy, strongly refreshing and penetrating. This oil is ideal for scenting offices. It strengthens concentration and has anti-stress effects. The oil of cubeb laurel is ideal during days when the sun's rays are absent. It refreshes the mind, significantly helps concentration under prolonged workload and reduces stress levels. Challenging periods help to cope with a good mood.

Adult dosage:
Add 2-3 drops to an aromatherapy bottle or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m2. Add at most 1 drop to 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream in body cosmetics and massage oils.
Dosing for children and pregnant women:
Do not use for children under 2 years of age. As a precaution, avoid use on the skin of pregnant women and children under 10 years of age.
Tip from TIERRA VERDE:
Feel free to use this oil to freshen up sweaty clothes or to scent laundry during washing.
Warning:
After the expiry date, do not use the oil therapeutically, but only for household cleaning.
Use for inhalation:
In blends, we recommend using this oil in one-third to one-half the amount of other oils used (e.g. where you would use 5 drops of BIO Lemon Essential Oil, you can use 1 drop of BIO Laurel Essential Oil. Its effects are undeniable and at higher doses could cause headaches in sensitive persons.
Use on skin:
Do not use on the skin of children under 2 years of age. Avoid use on irritated, injured or hypersensitive skin. Observe a maximum concentration of 0.8% (maximum 1 drop of oil per 10 ml of oil or cream). We do not recommend this oil for use in facial cosmetics at all, for body cosmetics (including soaps) with discretion. The restrictions for pregnant women are not clear - if you like the smell of the oil, use it in a low concentration for a short time. For children, it is recommended as a preventive measure to use this oil topically (on a specific place on the body) until the age of 10.
